Tales from the land of the long white cloud. Whakarongo mai - tall tales of giant eels, flightless birds and dragon catching dads. Join New Zealand storyteller Tanya Batt and musician Craig Denham as they weave music and words together to share both old and new story taonga from Aotearoa.

A self confessed story-o-phile and frock-o-holic, Tanya is based on the magical isle of Waiheke. Her love of stories takes her to places both on and off maps. Her performances are characterized lively interaction and her use of music, movement and sumptuous frocks…..She says, “ stories are her habit!”
Craig is talented and versatile session musician who hails from Northland, New Zealand. He plays a vast array of instruments and his love of music extends into ventures with theatre, storytelling, dance and street theatre troupes. His playing has been described as vibrant and energetic.
