Gavin-Viano Fabri

Rotterdam based dancer and actor Gavin-Viano Fabri develops his work at Frascati Producties, VIA ZUID and IMPACT. His work is loaded with social impact; through multiple grassroots initiatives, he challenges issues from within the Black, human rights and LGBTQIA+ community. Through his work, Gavin-Viano tells ‘non-Western’ stories, from an anti-white-male-gaze.

Gavin has performed in in Grease (Vorst Nationaal), Yab Yum (Koninklijk Carré), Rocky Das Musical (Stage Entertainment Hamburg) and Ragtime Das Musical (Staatstheater Kassel, Braunschweig en Oper Graz). With his own performance Ach Mijn Wederhelft, he has won the very first The Next! award (2020) for diversity and inclusivity in the performing arts.
