Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policy:
Tickets can be cancelled or exchanged for another showing of the same production (subject to availability) up to 48 hours before the show. To this end we charge € 4,00 in administration costs. Refund requests placed within 48 hours before the show will only be given if we can resell the tickets. Please send your request to tickets@theenglishtheatre.nl.

 

Het Nationale Theater (HNT)

We also work closely with HNT for many of our shows. As a result, at these shows the general terms and conditions of the VSCD apply
